Change Policy

Once your build is live, your monthly plan covers hosting, monitoring, fixes, and small ongoing tweaks. Bigger changes — new features, redesigns, or new automations — are quoted separately. This page spells out exactly which is which so there are no surprises.
1. Included tweaks (free, covered by your monthly)
These are small adjustments to what we already built. We handle them as part of your plan, usually within a few business days.
- Copy edits and content updates on existing pages
- Swapping images, logos, or colors within the existing design
- Small styling tweaks (spacing, button labels, section order)
- Fixing bugs or anything that isn't working as originally agreed
- Adjusting an existing automation's wording, timing, or recipients
- Adding or removing team members from existing notifications
- Standard SEO upkeep (meta tags, sitemap, alt text)
- Hosting, uptime monitoring, and security patches
2. Paid changes (quoted separately)
Anything that adds new scope, new logic, or new surface area is a paid change. We send a fixed quote first — you approve it before any work starts.
- New pages, new sections, or full redesigns
- New automations or integrations with new tools
- Logic changes that require rebuilding an existing automation
- Custom graphics, illustrations, or photography
- Migrating to a new platform, CMS, or domain
- Multi-language or localization work
- Onboarding a new brand, product line, or business unit
- Anything outside the original Scope of Work in your agreement
3. How requests work
- Email your request to the address on your invoice.
- We confirm whether it's an included tweak or a paid change within 1 business day.
- Included tweaks ship next. Paid changes get a fixed quote and timeline before work begins.
- Paid changes are invoiced 50% to start, 50% on delivery.
4. Rush turnaround
Need something same-day or over a weekend? We can usually accommodate it as a paid change at a 1.5× rate. Ask and we'll confirm before starting.
5. Questions
