- Audit submissions and the recommendations generated for you
- Client intake answers and onboarding details
- Email logs, follow-up history, and unsubscribe tokens tied to your address
What we may keep
We may retain a minimal record of your deletion request itself, and any information we are required to keep for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, invoices tied to a completed purchase). Anything kept for these purposes is locked down and not used for marketing.
How long it takes
We confirm deletion requests within 3 business days and complete them within 30 days. You'll get a confirmation email once your data has been removed from our systems and any active follow-up sequences have been stopped.
What to include
- The email address you used with us (so we can find your records)
- Your full name, if different from the one on file
- Anything specific you'd like deleted, if it's a partial request
