This Privacy Policy explains how GabeWorks ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit gabeworks.co (the "Site") or contact us about our services.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries and operate the Site:
- Contact submissions. When you submit the contact form, request an audit, or email us, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if provided), business name (if provided), the contents of your message, and — if you check the opt-in boxes — a record of your consent to receive email and/or SMS messages along with the exact consent text shown and the timestamp.
- Basic analytics. We collect anonymized, aggregated data about page visits (such as page paths, referrers, approximate region, and device type) to understand how the Site is used. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss potential services.
- To improve the Site's content and performance.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
Sharing
We share information only with vendors that help us operate (for example, our email provider and analytics provider), and only as needed to provide the Site or respond to your message. These vendors are contractually required to safeguard your information.
Data Retention
We retain contact submissions for as long as needed to maintain our business relationship or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Your Rights

SMS & Email Messaging — Opt-In
How you opt in. If you submit the contact form at gabeworks.co/contact, you may choose to check separate boxes agreeing to receive emails and/or SMS text messages from GabeWorks at the email address and phone number you provide. Checking these boxes is optional and is not a condition of submitting your inquiry or purchasing our services. The exact consent language shown at the time of opt-in is recorded with your submission.
What you'll receive. If you opt in to SMS, you may receive text messages from GabeWorks related to your inquiry, quotes, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups about our services. Message frequency varies (typically 1–5 messages per inquiry). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and can request help by replying HELP. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Opt-out requests are honored immediately.
No sharing for marketing. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and are not sold. Numbers are used solely to deliver the messages you've opted in to receive from GabeWorks.
Messaging on behalf of business clients. Separately, GabeWorks provisions phone numbers and operates SMS automations on behalf of our business clients (such as home-services companies). When an end customer contacts one of our clients — for example, by calling the business or submitting a quote-request form on the client's website — that customer may receive automated SMS messages from the client's number (such as a missed-call auto-reply, a quote follow-up, or a post-service review request). The same no-sharing, STOP/HELP, and message-and-data-rates terms above apply to those messages.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
