Refund Policy

Last updated: May 13, 2026

We want you to feel confident saying yes. This page explains exactly when refunds apply, how cancellation works, and what happens to your automations afterward.

Activation Fee

Your activation fee is refundable until onboarding begins. Once the build starts, the activation fee becomes non-refundable because the work has already kicked off.

If launch is delayed because of something on our side, the activation fee is credited back over future invoices.

First 30 Days Live — Free Tune-Up

After your first 30 days live, I review the conversations, missed calls, and follow-up flow. If something isn't working the way I said it would, I'll tune it at no extra cost.

Monthly Servicing — Cancel Anytime

Monthly servicing is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time directly from your billing portal. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period — you keep full service through the end of the month you've already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Monthly fees are not pro-rated or refunded for partial months. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.

Annual Billing

Pay annually and activation is waived. The 12-month service term starts once your system is live. Annual plans are charged upfront before the build begins.

You can cancel before the next renewal anytime. Annual fees are not pro-rated or refunded for partial terms.

What Happens When You Cancel

Your automations run on infrastructure managed by GabeWorks (workflow tooling, monitoring, integrations, and associated third-party accounts such as Twilio). Monthly servicing covers hosting, monitoring, fixes, and these account costs.

When monthly servicing ends, the automations are deactivated. Your customer data, CRM records, domain, and website content remain entirely yours. You are welcome to rebuild the automations on your own infrastructure or return to GabeWorks at any time.

Websites

Website projects are refundable in full if you cancel before design or development work begins. Once we've started building, the website setup fee is non-refundable — the work has been done. Monthly website service is month-to-month and follows the same cancellation terms as other monthly servicing (cancel anytime, not pro-rated).

If you chose the website with monthly servicing and later cancel, a one-time $400 website offboarding fee covers exporting a working copy of your site and helping point your domain. This fee is waived after six months of servicing. If you paid the $1,500 one-time setup, you already own the site outright — no offboarding fee applies.

Not happy with the finished site? If we've delivered your website and you're genuinely unsatisfied, reach out — we'll do a round of revisions to make it right. If it still isn't working for you, we'll refund the build fee minus any third-party costs already paid (domain registration, stock assets, etc.). You don't keep the site in that case — we take it down and you walk away clean.

Exceptions

If something on our end goes wrong — missed delivery, broken automation we cannot fix, a mistake that materially affects your business — we will make it right beyond what this policy strictly requires. Reach out and we will work it out directly.
